I need to update the LCCC web site with the latest code-base (Bootstrap 5.3). I think it is time to update the banner and here is one example I put together which will add some more modern animation.
There needs to be some limits of course because the more animated the banner the larger the file size and the slower it may load on some users desktops, tablets or smart phones. The text content, font, images and colors are all changeable.
